Une fois n’est pas coutume, je vous pr\u00e9sente une th\u00e9matique pour ce mois : Les moulins.<\/p>

Vous en verrez sur les quatres \u00eeles des Bal\u00e9ares. A Majorque, comme \u00e0 Ibiza, ils sont trapus et leurs ailes sont courtes, ils servent \u00e0 capter l’eau douce dans les profondeurs du sol. Beaucoup sont en \u00e9tat de squelettes se d\u00e9coupant dans le ciel azur. Une association cherche pourtant \u00e0 en r\u00e9nover le plus possible, mais les fonds sont difficiles \u00e0 trouver.<\/p>

Mais lorsque c’est possible \u00e7a devient vraiment quelque chose de tr\u00e8s beau. Six ailes, 12 ailes et m\u00eame 18 ailes tournant au gr\u00e8 du vent avec leur queue les positionnant de la meilleures fa\u00e7on, c’est magnifique.<\/p>

A Minorque, leurs ailes sont longues, parfois jusqu’\u00e0 5 m\u00e8tres, et sophistiqu\u00e9es pour capter au mieux le vent et faire tourner plus vite les meules qui \u00e9crasent les grains se bl\u00e9, ce type de moulin est plus rare \u00e0 Majorque.<\/p>
